About Minokaw Technologies

Minokaw Technologies is a tribally owned technology company that specializes in the sales and development of Enterprise content management software, specifically Laserfiche. Minokaw is a subsidiary of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, a well respected tribe, located in Central Minnesota. Minokaw has been using, supporting, and developing Laserfiche for 13 years. During this time Minokaw has created hundreds of custom business processes and developed document retention plans to meet the needs of its customers. Minokaw can manage its clients needs from implementation to every day support. Minokaw uses Laserfiche to assist our customers with building an efficient enterprise wide content management plan. Minokaw's customers are able to begin the process of eliminating paper and automating business processes organization wide, giving its clients the ability to work more productively and efficiently. Current business systems can also be leveraged by integrating them into these processes.

Angie has over 20 years of progressive experience in IT Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge with her specializing in Project Management, IT Service Delivery, Application Management, Process re-engineering, Business Intelligence, and IT Management with responsibilities over multi-million dollar budgets. Angie has been a firm believer in exceeding guest expectations and plans to bring the same philosophy to Minokaw.

Ned Weizenegger
Chief Operating Officer

Ned has 15 years of IT experience, ranging from day to day support, to managing applications for clients as well as project management skills. Has management experience with a staff of 8 highly skilled professionals and is also adept at building relationships and being a loyal business partner for his clients.

Lance Dutcher
Business Solutions Architect

Lance has 18 Years of Information Technology experience with proven abilities in leadership, strategic planning, project management, designing, troubleshooting and analysis. Mr. Dutcher has demonstrated expertise in developing workflows in Laserfiche. Strengths includes troubleshooting, developing and training. Lance is Laserfiche Gold certified

Bill has the experience and wisdom that comes from 15+ years of sales and business development success. He has a keen understanding of the business process and what it takes to align that process with client success. He digs deep and asks the tough questions to understand the exact client need and creates a solution to fit that need.

Lisa Johnson
Business Solutions Engineer

Lisa Comes to Minokaw from the user’s perspective. She has over 16 years in Management and Record retention while working for a Tribal Government. She implemented the use of Laserfiche for Tribal Real Estate Services and has helped other tribal departments with implementing Laserfiche such as the Department of Natural Resources. She has been working with Laserfiche for over 3 years including helping with designing processes and workflows to provide better services to clients in a more efficient manner through Laserfiche. She has seen firsthand the benefits of reduction in resources used and the ability to provide products and information in a timely manner. Through her own lessons learned she hopes to provide clients insight and assistance so they can achieve their own goals.

Brian Dunkley
Business Solutions Engineer

Brian is a Business Solutions Analyst with over nine years of experience in software support and administration. He is a Laserfiche Certified Professional and is currently growing his knowledge of Business Process Management. Brian is recognized by clients for a down-to-earth approach in customizing workflows and forms, allowing users to truly “work smarter, not harder.” Mr. Dunkley confidently chose his current career path in BPM after seeing immense benefits to his company and to the people it touched.
